The Dogs of Double
Black Ranch
 We have three outstanding hunting dogs at the ranch.
Tess - (Deceased)
We lost Tess this past summer to cancer. She was 15 1/2 when she passed away. We all miss her terribly.
Izzy - (Our Chocolate Lab) Izzy had her first litter on March 21st, 2008. We kept one black female that is now Katie's dog. Izzy continues to be an outstanding bird dog.
Ella - (Golden Retriever)
Ella had her first litter on September 16th! She is a wonderful mother and the puppies are all healthy and chubby. Ella was bred to an incredible dog with 2 time National Champion Windbreaker's Mighty Mo as a grandfather and a father who was a field champ at 2 years old. Rio has multiple generations of field trial champs and is a machine in the field.

Cali - (Black Lab) Cali is one of the females from Izzy's litter. She is one year old now and is an outstanding addition to the family. She crashes the creek daily for swimming and tennis ball chasing. She loves jumping across the big round bales in the field and is never found without something being carried around in her mouth. She is tremendously athletic and bounds through the long grass. |
